摘要
采用二次通用回归旋转组合设计方法和单点金刚石飞刀切削(Single Point Diamond Turning。简称SPDT)技术,对KDP晶体进行切削试验。利用声发射技术对KDP晶体不同表面波纹度的信号进行采集,对试验结果进行测量与分析。通过时域分析可得到:均方值可作为KDP晶体加工过程中表面波纹度在线监测的重要时域特征量;通过频域分析可得到:150—200kHz可作为在线监测KDP晶体表面波纹度度的特征频段。
Quadratic general regression rotary unitized design and single point diamond turning are adopted for cut- ting experiments of KDP crystal. Acoustic Emission is used to collect signal of KDP crystal with different surface waviness, measure and analyze the test results. It can be obtained by time domain analysis that mean - square value can be used as an important characteristic quantity of time domain in KDP crystal surface waviness online monitoring; it can be obtained by frequency domain analysis that 150 -200 kHz can be as characteristics band in surface waviness online monitoring KDP crystal.
