手术室个性化护理干预在胃癌根治术中的应用

Application effect of operation room individualized nursing intervention on patients with gastric cancer radical surgery

目的探讨手术室个性化护理干预在胃癌根治术中的应用效果。方法选择接受胃癌根治术治疗的中晚期胃癌患者110例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组患者给予术前相关护理准备及在术中配合操作,观察组在此基础上另予以手术室个性化护理干预措施。对比两组患者手术相关并发症的发生情况、手术相关指标及对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患者总并发症发生率为7.3%(4/55),显著低于对照组的36.4%(20/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者麻醉苏醒时间及疼痛评分均显著少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为96.4%(53/55),显著高于对照组的83.6%(46/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室个性化护理可减少胃癌根治手术相关并发症,促进患者麻醉苏醒,缓解疼痛症状,还可增加患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore application effect of operation room individualized nursing intervention on patients with gastric cancer radical surgery. Methods 110 advanced gastric cancer patients with gastric resection surgery were selected in the study and randomly divided them into observation group and control group,and each group had 55 cases. The control group was received preoperative and intraoperative related nursing,while the observation group given individualized nursing intervention,surgery related complications,related indexes and patients＇ satisfaction with nursing work of two groups were compared. Results The total surgery related complications rate of the observation group was 7. 3%（ 4 /55）,which was significantly lower than that of control group [36. 4%（ 20 /55） ],with statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. In the observation group,the anesthesia recovery time and pain scores were significantly less than that in control group,with statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Nursing work satisfaction rate of observation group was96. 4%（ 53 /55）,significantly higher than that of control group [83. 6%（ 46 /55） ],with statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Operation room personalized nursing applied in gastric cancer radical operation process,can reduce the surgery related complications,promote the recovery of anesthesia patients,alleviate the symptoms of pain,and can increase the patient satisfaction with nursing work. It is worthy of recommendation.
