摘要
目的探讨延续护理对乳腺癌根治术后患者心理和躯体功能的改善情况。方法选择2012年5月至2014年5月间收治的90例乳腺癌根治术患者,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者接受乳腺癌根治术后常规护理,实验组患者在此基础上加用延续护理。结果两组患者护理前抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)分值组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者护理后SDS及SAS分值均较护理前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组患者护理后SDS及SAS量表分值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组患者手指爬墙高度及外展、内收、后伸、前屈的肩关节活动度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌根治术后患者应用延续护理干预,可有效促进患侧上肢躯体功能恢复,缓解抑郁及焦虑等不良心理情绪,保障患者的康复质量。
Objective To analyze efficacy of extended care for psychological and physical function of improvement after radical mastectomy in breast cancer patients. Methods From May 2012 to May 2014,90 patients accepting radical mastectomy for breast cancer in Liangshanzhou Second People's Hospital were enrolled in the study. According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups: the experimental group and control group,45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group accepted conventional nursing care,and the patients in the experimental group accepted conventional nursing care and continuing nursing. Results Before self-rating depression scale( SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale( SAS),the nursing scores of the two groups had no significant differences( P〉0. 05); after the treatment,SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased( P〈0. 01); SDS and SAS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group( P〈0. 01). The activity of the shoulder joints finger climbing height and abduction,adduction,extension,flexion degree of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Continued nursing intervention in patients after radical operation of mastocarcinoma can effectively promote the upper limb body function recovery,alleviate depression and anxiety and other adverse psychological emotion,guarantee the quality of rehabilitation of patients. And it is suitable for clinical application and promotion.
