护理干预对宫颈癌手术患者生活质量及并发症的影响

Efficacy of nursing intervention on the life quality and complications for cervical cancer patients after surgery

目的探讨护理干预对宫颈癌手术患者生活质量和术后并发症的影响。方法选择2014年2月至2015年2月间收治的80例宫颈癌手术患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组患者接受护理干预,对照组患者接受常规护理。观察比较两组患者术后生活质量、并发症以及患者对护理服务满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者术后生活质量各维度评分及总健康评分均明显增高(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率显著降低(P<0.05),患者对护理服务满意度明显改善(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能够提高宫颈癌患者术后生活质量,减少术后并发症的发生,提高患者对护理服务满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of nursing intervention on the life quality and complications for cervical cancer patients after surgery. Methods From Feb 2014 to Feb 2015 in Wuhan Central Hospital,80 cervical cancer patients were enrolled in the study and randomized into the observation group and the control group according to the random number method,40 cases in each group. The observation group accepted nursing intervention and the control group accepted routine nursing. The postoperative life quality,postoperative complications,and the patients＇ satisfaction degree for nursing service between the two groups were compared. Resutls Compared with the control group,the each dimension and total health scores of life quality were significantly increased on post-nursing in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）; The incidence of postoperative complications was obviously reduced in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）; The patients＇ satisfaction degree for nursing service was significantly improved in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The nursing intervention can increase the postoperative life quality for cervical cancer patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the patients＇ satisfaction degree for nursing service. And it is worty of clinical promotion.
