摘要
目的研究大袋包装机吸袋装置对不同材料包装袋的吸袋能力,以提高真空吸附的上袋成功率和工作效率。方法分析真空吸附装置的吸附原理,针对吸附性能的主要影响因素建立真空吸附模型;引入泄漏系数,设计吸附能力试验,分别对内衬编织袋、覆膜编织袋和纸塑复合袋等3种包装袋进行试验,记录气压变化情况。结果采用泄漏系数可以有效表征真空吸附装置对不同包装袋材料的吸附能力,吸附不同编织袋时气压变化并不相同,试验确定内衬编织袋、覆膜编织袋和纸塑复合袋的泄漏系数分别为0.192,0.089,0.042;根据泄漏系数和工作效率,吸附这3种包装袋时真空源气压区间应分别设定为59~64,70~75,66~71 k Pa,真空吸附上袋成功率达99%以上。结论得到了不同包装袋材料的吸附能力系数和合理的真空吸附工艺参数,为合理确定气源的工作区间、满足真空吸袋装置的吸袋响应时间和上袋成功率要求提供了参考依据。
Objective: To perfect the purchase system of patent medicine in China. Methods: The current status and existing problems in the application of pharmaceutical patents in the quality stratification of pharmaceutical purchase in China were analyzed. Results: There existed some problems such as the disunity standards for the certification of patent drugs in various provinces of China, the lack of scientific clarification and the single method for the purchase of patent drugs in the quality of the drug bidding system. Conclusion: The system for patent medicine purchase in China should be reformed step by step based on the modes of "single supply judgment" and "the breakthrough of patent medicine effect" and the advanced experience of Hong Kong and Germany.
