SWOT Analysis and Development Strategies Discussion of Human Library

真人图书馆是近年来国内外逐渐兴起的一种广泛而又新颖的图书馆服务方式。本文运用SWOT分析法,对真人图书馆本身所具有的优势和存在的劣势、以及面临的威胁和机会进行系统的分析,并依据SWOT分析矩阵对其内、外部要素进行战略组配与评价,在此基础上进一步提出真人图书馆的发展策略。

The Human Library is a broad and novel way of library services that gradual rise at home and abroad in recent years. The paper applied SWOT analysis to make systematic analysis of the advantages and disadvantages that exist in ＂Human Li- brary＂ itself, as well as threats and opportunities that it faces, and to make strategic group and evaluation of the internal and ex- ternal key elements of Human Library based on SWOT analysis matrix, and further to put forward development strategies of Human Library on this basis.
