摘要
目的 探讨体外冲击波对慢性非结石性胆囊炎病人胆囊收缩功能的影响。方法 对40例慢性非结石性胆囊炎患者采用上海交大JDPN-VB型体外冲击波碎石机,以右上腹部为冲击波路径,俯卧位,对病变胆囊进行体外冲击波治疗,治疗电压选择8-10 KV,冲击波次数为1000次,于治疗前及冲击波治疗后一个月统计胆囊收缩率变化情况。结果 40例慢性非结石性胆囊炎患者经体外冲击波治疗后胆囊收缩率较治疗前明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 体外冲击波可以有效地改善胆囊的收缩功能。
Objective This article aims to discuss about the influence of extracorporeal shock wave on the gallbladder systolic function of chronic acalculous cholecystitis patients. Methods Adopt the JDPN - VB model extracorporeal shock wave lithotripter by Shanghai Jiaotong University for the 40 cases of chronic acalculous cholecystitis patients;take the right upper quadrant as the shock wave path,and in prone position,to conduct the extracorporeal shock wave therapy to the cholelithiasis;with the therapy voltage of 8- 10 kv and the times of shock wave of 1000,to conduct statistics to the changes of gallbladder systolic percentage before and one month after the shock wave therapy. Results The gallbladder systolic percentage is obviously increased for the 40 cases of chronic acalculous cholecystitis patients after the extracorporeal shock wave therapy than before,with obvious difference and the statistical sig-nificance(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The extracorporeal shock wave can effectively improve the gallbladder systolic function.
