摘要 发泡成型技术能有效地提高水性聚氨酯合成革的卫生性能、柔软性能、悬垂性能、丰满度以及手感等特性。介绍了发泡成型技术的理论基础,说明了发泡成型技术主要经历的3个阶段,阐述了各阶段气泡的成型过程;同时详细地综述了水性聚氨酯合成革发泡成型技术的几种常用研究方法,分别说明了每种发泡成型方法的基本原理、研究现状以及相应方法的优劣情况。旨在通过对合成革用水性聚氨酯发泡技术的归纳整理,为后续水性聚氨酯合成革的研究起到抛砖引玉的作用。 Foaming and molding techniques can effectively improve the breathable performance, softening property, draping property, plumpness and hand - touch of waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather. It introduces the theoretical basis of foaming and molding techniques, in which the three states that foaming and molding techniques mainly experienced were illustrated. The change and stability of the air bubbles was expounded in foaming and molding process. Several kinds of commonly used research methods of the foaming and molding techniques applied in waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather were discussed. The basic principle, research status as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the corresponding method for each type of foaming and molding techniques were reviewed. Through induction and collation of foaming and molding techniques with waterborne polyure- thane applied in synthetic leather, it aims at providing guidance to the researchers and developers of waterborne PU synthetic leather.
