摘要 介绍了磷酸镁水泥(MPC)的制备,研究了硼砂用量、水胶比(W/B)、镁磷比(M/P)、龄期、CFRP切丝的掺加量及长度对MPC净浆凝结时间、施工性能、强度的影响。结果表明,MPC具有明显的早强高强特性;CFRP切丝的添加率增加,试件抗折、抗压强度上升明显。当M/P=1.8,W/B=0.11,M:K:B=153:85:5时,试件强度达到52.5硅酸盐水泥的强度等级;当M/P=1.8,W/B=0.13,Vc=15‰时,试件强度达到62.5级硅酸盐水泥的强度等级。 The preparation of the magnesium phosphate cement is introduced. The effects of the factors, such as the amount of borax, water-cement ratio, magnesium phosphorus ratio, age, mixing amount and length of CFRP chopped strands on the setting time, workability and the strength of MPC paste are studied. The results show that, MPC has the sig- nificant character of early-strong high-strength, with the increasing usage amount of CFRP strips, the bending and compressive strength of the specimen is increased significantly. When M:P is 1.8, W:B is 0.11, M:K:B is 153:85:5, the strength of specimen is equivalent the 52.5R Portland cement. When M:P is 1.8, W:B is 0.13, Vc is 15 %0, the strength of speci- men is equivalent the 62.5R Portland cement.
