摘要 脂肪酸结合蛋白是脂质结合蛋白超家族成员,是机体脂肪代谢过程的重要调控因子。本文就该基因家族中的心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白、脂肪型脂肪酸结合蛋白、细胞外脂肪酸结合蛋白、肝脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白和小肠型脂肪酸结合蛋白基因与家禽脂质沉积关联的研究进展作一简要综述。 Fatty acid binding proteins (FABPs) belong to a super family of lipid-binding proteins and are important regulatory factors involved in lipid metabolism. This review summarized the research about some genes in this family associated with lipid accumulation of poultry, including heart fatty acid binding protein, adipocyte fatty acid binding protein,extracellular fatty acid binding protein,liver fatty acid binding protein and intestinal fatty acid binding protein.
