摘要
在真空系统的设计中,应根据物料的性质、操作的要求和真空度的范围,结合公用工程的实际情况来选择真空设备。着重介绍了二级蒸汽喷射器的计算,结合蒸汽喷射器的特点,阐述了蒸汽喷射器在真空系统中的应用。通过对蒸汽喷射系统和真空泵组的投资及经济分析,希望对相似类型真空系统的设计提供一定的参考。
In the design of vacuum system, the vacuum equipment should be chosen according to material properties,operation conditions, vacuum requirement, and actual situation of utility system. The calculation of two-stage steam jet ejector and the features of steam jet ejector are discussed to guide the application of steam jet ejector in vacuum system.The comparison of investment and economic evaluation between steam jet ejector and vacuum pump are also demonstrated, hoping to provide references for the design of similar vacuum systems.
