安徽省战略性新兴产业发展中存在的问题及对策建议

战略性新兴产业具有资源能耗少、发展潜力大、综合效益好等优势,对于促进产业结构优化升级和经济增长方式转变具有重要意义。近年来,安徽省战略性新兴产业总体增速平稳,效益稳步提升,重点项目进展良好,龙头效应开始凸显。但同时存在产业规模较小,产业集中程度不高;核心技术薄弱,自主创新能力和专项资金不足,政策支持不到位等问题。提出以经济开发区为载体,打造新兴产业集群;围绕产业发展目标,强化招商引资引技;加强校企合作,建设战略性领军人才队伍;加大专项资金投入力度,创新企业融资模式等对策建议。

Strategic emerging industries as an effective tool for industrial structure optimization upgrading and transformation of economic growth mode,it has characters that less consumption,huge potential for development and integrated effective.Recent years,Anhui Province has made a good result in strategic emerging industries,some of the industry has made a big breakthrough which formed a special characteristics of Anhui economy.However,there are still problems such as low level of industry concen-tration,small scale,lack of appropriate independent innovation ability etc.Therefore,this paper analysis of existing problems and put forward the relevant policies recommendations base on the development of strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province, such as with economic develepment zone as the carrier,emerging industry cluster and so on.
