摘要
员工的亲社会性违规行为对组织的发展至关重要。员工作为个体嵌入组织情境中,其亲社会性违规行为既受到个体特征的影响,也不可避免地受到情境因素的影响。从个体和组织两个层面探讨了企业员工亲社会性违规行为的影响因素,并从领导者及组织视角出发,为如何合理发挥员工亲社会性违规行为的积极作用提出建议,以促进组织的改革创新和持续发展。
Pro -social illegal behavior of employees is essential to the development of the organization.As individuals embed-ded in organizational context,employees’pro -social illegal behavior affects both individual characteristics,but also inevitably influenced by situational factors.From Two levels of individuals and organizations explores the factors that affecting employees’ pro -social illegal behavior,and from the perspective of leaders and organizations,the study makes recommendations on how the staff to play an active role in pro -social illegal behavior,in order to promote the innovation and sustainable development.
