Design and Application of Grinding Machine Used for T-type Ductile Iron Pipe Socket

针对安钢永通T型球墨铸铁管整理承口人工打磨劳动强度大、岗位工作环境恶劣、生产效率低、表面不平的问题,设计了一种T型球墨铸铁管承口专用打磨机,应用后,实现了机械自动化打磨铸管承口,减轻工人劳动强度,改善了工作环境,产品质量大大提高,取得了良好的效益。

Aiming at problems of high artificial buffing labor intensity, bad working environment, low production efficiency and uneven surface of T -type joint ductile iron pipe produced by Angang group Yongtong company, a socket grinding machine used for T type ductile iron pipe was designed. It realized automatical grinding, reduced the labor intensity of workers, made the working environment better, improved the quality of product, and achieved good bebefit.
