摘要
选取阳泉特级铝矾土与轻质氧化镁为原料,通过气流床细化、德国EIRICH成球机成球与烧结工艺制得了镁铝尖晶石质球形陶瓷铸造砂,并对其物相组成、显微形貌、物理性能及破碎率进行了表征与测试。制得的陶瓷铸造砂由镁铝尖晶石主晶相与极少量尖晶石固溶体组成,在陶瓷铸造砂内排列致密,制得的陶瓷铸造砂具有优良的抗破碎性能。
The Yangquan high grade bauxite and light magnesium oxide were selected as raw materials.The spherical casing sand based on MgA1204 spinel was prepared using the combined techniques of refining by an entrained-flow bed,bailing by an EIRICH bail-forming mill made in Germany and solid phase sintering.The phase composition, microstructural morphology, physical properties and broken rate were characterized and tested.The final ceramic casting sand is made up of MgA1204 spinel as main phase and very small amount of its solid solution.The MgA1204 spinel phase and its solid solution arrange compact in the ceramic sand.The ceramic casting sand has excellent crush resistance.
