摘要 铸件的清理是铸造生产中去除铸件的浇冒口和飞边以及表面清理不可缺少的一道工序;由于机械化和自动化的程度不高,存在着工作效率低、劳动强度大、作业环境污染严重、安全隐患大的问题。本文介绍的利用冲压剪缘机床、数控多轴向机床和非标数控加工设备对铁素体铸件毛刺飞边去除的方法是近年来最先进的铸件清理方法之一,该方法能有效地提高生产效率和改善作业现场的环境,对相关企业的生产有很大的促进作用。 Casting cleaning is an indispensable procedure in foundry production to remove the casting head and fin, and clean the casting surface.Due to the low mechanization and automation level,there are some problems such as low working efficiency,high labor intensity, serious pollution and high safety risk.The method introduced in this paper is one of the most advanced approaches in casting cleaning,which removes the ferritic casting fin by punching-shear machine, multi-axial CNC machine and non-standard CNC equipment.This method can enhance productivity and improve operating environment effectively, and then has great roles in promoting the production of related companies.
