摘要 [目的]观察芝麻素对肥大细胞活化的影响并探讨其可能作用机制.[方法]通过IgE介导体外实验观察芝麻素对IgE介导的肥大细胞组织胺的释放及对PI3K/Akt蛋白表达的影响.[结果]与模型对照组比较,芝麻素大、中剂量可明显抑制肥大细胞释放组织胺,且可有效抑制肥大细胞释放炎性细胞因子PI3K/Akt蛋白的表达(P<0.05).[结论]芝麻素抗过敏作用可能部分与抑制PI3K/Akt信号通路有关. OBJECTIVE To study the effect and its mechanism of sesamin for mast cell activation.METHODS The effects of sesamin for IgE-induced histamine release of mast cells and expression of PI3K/Akt were observed in vitro.RESULTS As compared with the model control group,high dose and moderate dose of sesamin inhibited significantly the histamine release of mast cells and the expression of PI3K/Akt(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION Anti-allergic effects of sesamin might be related to inhibition of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.
