三维CT技术在离体头颅标本眼眶解剖学中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]利用三维CT扫描重建技术对离体头颅标本眼眶容积进行测量,探讨三维CT在眼眶爆裂性骨折中的应用价值.[方法]收集18具颅骨标本(男性10例,女性8例),采用手工灌注细砂、眼眶CT扫描及三维CT扫描方法测量眼眶容积.[结果]男性与女性三维CT眼眶容积间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);男性及女性颅骨眼眶实际容积、眼眶CT容积及三维CT容积间差异均有统计学意义(t=2.642,P=0.028;t=2.813,P=0.023).右眼与左眼三维CT眼眶容积间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);右眼及左眼颅骨眼眶实际容积、眼眶CT容积及三维CT容积间差异均有统计学意义(t=2.512,P=0.031;t=2.625,P=0.029).[结论]三维CT扫描重建技术可直观、立体地呈现眼眶解剖学图像,精确测量出眼眶容积变化量,可为术中眼眶内植入物的设计及治疗方案的选择提供依据. OBJECTIVETo establish and elucidate a feasible method by multi-slice CT for the volumetric measurement of orbit.METHODSThe orbital volume of 18 skull samples(10males and 8females)were measured by perfusion of sand hand,orbital CT and multi-slice CT.RESULTS The man and female of orbital volume by multi-slice CT were no statistical significance(P〉0.05).The man and female of skull of actual orbital volume,CT and multi-slice CT were different significantly statistically(t=2.642,P =0.028;t=2.813,P=0.023).The right and left eye orbital volume by multi-slice CT were no statistical significance(P〉0.05).The right and left eye of skull of actual orbital volume,CT and multi-slice CT were different significantly statistically(t=2.512,P=0.031;t=2.625,P=0.029).CONCLUSION The multi-slice CT is a accurate and reliable to measure orbital volume,which could be potentially used to determine the alternation of orbital volume after fracture.
