复方水蛭散治疗20例缺血性中风疗效观察

Observation of curative effects of compound leech powder for 20 cases of ischemic stroke

[背景]观察复方水蛭散对缺血性中风风痰阻络证及气虚血瘀证的治疗效果.[病例报告]对照组静脉注射给予血塞通0.5g、奥扎格雷注射液80mg,每日1次;治疗组在静脉注射给予上述药物的基础上口服给予复方水蛭散2.5g/次,每日3次;14d为1个疗程.治疗14d后,治疗组血压评定、NIHSS评分、日常生活活动能力量表(BI)指数、血液流变学、血脂及血糖功能指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05).[讨论]复方水蛭散治疗缺血性中风风痰阻络证及气虚血瘀证效果满意.

BACKGROUND To observe the curative effects of compound leech powder for treating＂Wind-phlem obstructing the channels＂and＂Qi deficiency and Blood Stasis＂syndrome of ischemic stroke（IS）.CASE REPORTS 0.5g of Xuesaitong injection and 80 mg of ozagrel sodium injection were administered in both control and treatment groups by intravenous injection,one time per day,and 2.5g of compound leech powder were more administered in treatment group by per os,3times per day,for 14 days as a course of treatment.After a course of treatment,blood pressure evaluation,NIHSS evaluation,Barthel Index,and the index of hemorhelology,blood lipid and blood glucose were significantly improved in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.DISCUSSIONThe compound leech powder has satisfactory curative effects for treating ＂Wind-phlem obstructing the channels＂and ＂Qi deficiency and Blood Stasis＂syndrome of ischemic stroke（IS）.
