摘要
[目的]观察酞嗪四唑衍生物6-(4-氯苯氧基)-四唑并[5,1-a]酞嗪(CTP)对大鼠血压及心率的影响.[方法]用戊巴比妥钠麻醉大鼠后行颈总动脉插管,采用BL-420S系统测定CTP十二指肠给药前后血压变化,并利用标准肢体Ⅱ导联心电图记录大鼠心电图变化.[结果]CTP给药前后大鼠心电图无明显变化(P〉0.05);与给药前基础值相比较,第30,50,70,90,120,180min时收缩压、舒张压及平均动脉压均明显下降(P〈0.05,P〈0.01,P〈0.001),并在10-90min范围内均呈时间效应依赖关系.[结论]CTP可使大鼠收缩压、舒张压及平均动脉压下降,降压机制可能与扩张血管作用有关.
OBJECTIVETo observe the effects of a new phthalazine derivatives,6-(4-chlorophenyoxy)-tetrazolo[5,1-a]phthalazine(CTP)on blood pressure(BP)and heart rate(HR)in rats.METHODS After anesthetizing with sodium pentobarbital and carrying out common carotid artery intubation in rats,the changes of BP and electrocardiogram(ECG)before and after administrating the CTP into duodenum were measured by BL-420 Ssystem.RESULTSBefore and after administrating with the CTP,the ECG of rats had no significant change(P〉0.05).As compared with the basal BP values before administrating with the CTP,the SBP,DBP and mean arterial pressure at 30,50,70,90,120 and 180min were significantly declined(P〈0.05,P〈0.01,P〈0.001),and the effects at 10-90 min showed as a time effect-dependent manner.CONCLUSION The CTP makes decrease of SBP,DBP and mean arterial pressure of rats,and its mechanisms may be related to the blood vessel dilation effects.
