摘要
采用过氧乙酸对鸭毛进行溶解提取羽毛角蛋白溶液,与PVA进行湿法共混纺丝,制取再生羽毛蛋白纤维长丝,对纤维长丝的形态结构、细度、强度、回潮率等进行测试分析。将制得的再生羽毛蛋白纤维长丝应用于机织仿毛面料的设计,经过特殊设计的上机工艺、整经工艺、浆纱工艺与织造工艺,利用毛巾机织造出起圈织物,通过对起圈织物进行特殊的后整理,得到一款仿真度极高的仿毛面料,可以应用于仿毛类服装与相关产品,具有较高的开发应用价值。
Duck feather was dissolved by peracetic acid solvent, feather keratin solution could be extracted,whas blended with PVA to produce reconstituted feather protein/PVA composite filament by wet spinning process. The morphology and length, fineness, strength, moisture regain of filament were tested. The reconstituted feather protein/PVA composite filament applied to woven wool-like fabric design, after special design of machine technology, warping processing, sizing technology and weaving process, using terry towel loom to weave loopy yarn fabric. By special finishing process to the loopy yarn fabric, a high degree of simulation wool fabrics was got, which was suitable for the production of wool- like apparel and related products, so it had higher application and developing value.
