织物基本结构参数与悬垂性能主成分回归分析

摘要 应用主成分回归分析方法考察织物基本结构参数对悬垂性能的影响。对织物的9项基本结构参数和5项悬垂性能指标进行测试,采用主成分分析方法对指标进行降维处理,提取综合指标,分析各综合指标的构成和内涵,并进行回归分析。研究表明:提取了基本结构参数综合指标:厚重因子和紧密因子;悬垂性能综合指标:悬垂形态因子和动态悬垂因子。分别以悬垂形态因子和动态悬垂因子为因变量,厚重因子和紧密因子为自变量进行回归分析,发现悬垂形态因子、动态悬垂因子都与厚重因子之间有一定的函数关系,与紧密因子关系不密切。 Influence of basic structural parameters on drape performance was studied by using principal component regression analysis method. The 9 basic structural parameters of fabrics and 5 drape performance indexes were tested, and dimension reduction was conducted by principal component analysis. Comprehensive indexes were extracted and analyzed to understand their formation and connotation, and regression analysis was done. Research showed that: heavy factor and close factor of comprehensive indexes about basicstructure parameters, drape shape factor and dynamic drape factor of comprehensive indexes about drape performance were obtained. Regression analysis was done by defining respectively drape shape factor and dynamic drape factor as the dependent variable, heavy factor and close factor as independent variables. Draping shape factor and dynamic drape factor have functional relationship with heavy factor, no close relationship with close faetor.
