摘要
介绍了近年来国内外有关萘醌衍生物防霉的研究,在深入理解霉腐微生物的代谢过程及其霉腐机理的基础上,探讨不同萘醌衍生物的抗菌防霉性能特点、作用机制及其存在的问题,从而获得了研发新型毛用萘醌防霉剂的相关思路。认为应在前人研究的基础上,通过各学科的交叉融合,重点解决萘醌衍生物活性组分难控制、合成工艺复杂和活性靶向性差等技术难点,以研发安全高效的毛用萘醌防霉剂。
Based on deep understanding of microbial metabolism and mildewy mechanism, this paper introduced the antimildew researches of naphthoquinones at home and abroad in recent years, and discussed the performance characteristics, function mechanism and existing problems of antibacterial and antimildew about different naphthoquinones. Thus, research ideas were obtained in novel naphthoquinone mildew preventive for wool fabrics. In order to solve the technical difficulties, such as hard-controlled active components of naphthoquinones, complex synthetic process and poorly active targeting, it is necessary for the safe and efficient naphthoquinone mildew preventive for wool fabrics to apply multidisciplinary technology.
