仿棉聚酯Parster纤维与羊毛混纺纱的性能研究

Research on the performance of cotton-like polyester Parster/wool blended yarn

文章测试和分析了仿棉聚酯Parster纤维与羊毛混纺纱的强伸性能、条干均匀度和毛羽性能。实验结果显示,Parster纤维的加入改善了毛纱的强伸性能、条干均匀度和毛羽情况,随着羊毛/Parster纤维混纺纱中Parster纤维比例的增加,纱线的条干均匀度不断改善。羊毛/Parster纤维50/50、羊毛/Parster纤维60/40和100%羊毛3种相同线密度不同配比纱线的细节依次增加,且Parster纤维比例越高,纱线中的细节越少。3种纱线中,60羊毛/40 Parster纤维混纺纱的粗节和棉结均高于50羊毛/50 Parster纤维和100%羊毛纱线。这为Parster纤维的生产实践和推广应用提供了一定的参考依据。

In this paper, tensile property, evenness and hairiness property of the three kinds of Parster/wool blended yarns were tested and analyzed. The results showed that Parster fiber improved the tensile property, the hairiness property and the evenness of the yarn and the higher the ratio of parster fiber in the wool/parster blended yarn, the better the evenness of the yarn would be and the less the thins of the yarn would be. The thieks and and neps of 60% wool/40% parster were more than 50% wool/50% parster and 100% wool. The results provided some references for the production and application of parster fiber.
