β受体阻滞剂联合碳酸酐酶抑制剂对新生血管性青光眼术后眼压控制的影响 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨β受体阻滞剂联合碳酸酐酶抑制剂对新生血管性青光眼术后眼压控制的影响。方法将接受手术治疗的30例新生血管性青光眼患者随机分为观察组17例(17眼)和对照组13例(15眼),术后观察组给予噻吗洛尔+布林佐胺治疗,对照组给予噻吗洛尔治疗,治疗1周后比较2组眼压、血清细胞因子水平、RNFL厚度及不良反应情况。结果治疗后观察组眼压及血清中VEGF、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P均<0.05),PEDF水平高于对照组(P<0.05),上方视野、下方视野、颞侧视野、鼻侧视野的RNFL厚度高于对照组(P均<0.05),不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论β受体阻滞剂联合碳酸酐酶抑制剂有助于降低眼压,调节细胞因子含量,增加RNFL厚度,是新生血管性青光眼术后理想的药物治疗方案。
