奥克喷预防乳腺癌患者放射性皮炎的成本效益分析

目的探讨使用奥克喷预防乳癌患者发生放射性皮炎的成本效益。方法收集相关数据:未使用奥克喷预防的乳癌患者发生放射性皮炎的情况,使用奥克喷预防放射性皮炎的效果及成本。分析奥克喷预防乳癌患者发生放射性皮炎的成本效益。结果在未使用奥克喷预防放射性皮炎的患者中,发生放射性皮炎后,人均增加的检查及治疗成本为1472.51元;在预防性使用奥克喷的患者中,放射性皮炎的发生率和发生程度显箸降低,其发生放射性皮炎后人均增加的治疗成本为100.03元;使用奥克喷预防放射性皮炎的人均效益为1372.48元。奥克喷预防放射性皮炎的效益成本比为1.32:1,非预防组人均增加成本与预防组人均增加成本比为1472.51:100.03=14.72:1。结论使用奥克喷不但可以预防放射性皮炎的发生以及发生的程度,还可以减少患者的住院费用。

Objective To investigate the cost-effectiveness of prevention Oak jet radiation dermatitis occurs in patients with breast cancer.Methods Collect relevant data：the case of breast cancer prevention spray Oak unused radiation dermatitis occurs,the effect of the use and costs of prevention spray Oak radiation dermatitis.Cost-benefit analysis Oak spray prevention in patients with breast cancer radiation dermatitis.Results In patients not using Oak spray in the prevention of radiation dermatitis,radiation dermatitis occurred after the per capita increase in examination and treatment costs 1472.51;prophylactic use in patients with Oak spray,the incidence and extent of radiation dermatitis occurs chopsticks significantly reduced the incidence of radiation dermatitis after treatment increased per capita costs 100.03;using spray prevention of radiation dermatitis Oak capita benefits for 1372.48.Oak spray prevention of radiation dermatitis benefit cost ratio of 1.32：1,non-prevention group per capita increased costs and increase the cost of prevention group compared to 1472.51：100.03=14.72：1.Conclusion Oak spray can not only prevent the occurrence and the degree of radiation dermatitis occurs,can also reduce hospital costs for patients.
