摘要
针对木质素含量高和可生化性差的特点,采用混凝-电解对木材蒸煮废水进行预处理。结果表明:经过混凝沉淀处理,悬浮物(SS)浓度达到国家一级排放标准;电解可以有效降低CODCr浓度,废水在最佳工艺条件下经过30min的电解处理,CODCr的去除率达到37.18%,B/C从0.09上升到0.31,可生化性得到提高。
Coagulation -electrolysis technology was used to pretreat wood cooking wastewater in view of its high lignin content and poor biodegradability.The results showed that suspended solids (SS)concentration reached the national first class discharge standard after coagulation sedimentation.Electrolysis process could reduce CODCr concentration efficiently.After 30 minutes's electrolysis disposal under the optimal technical conditions,the removal rate of CODCrwas 37.18 %,and B /C ratio increased from 0.09 to 0.31.Wastewater's biodegradability was improved.
