福建省节能减排效果评价

Evaluation of the Effects of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction in Fujian Province

根据2001—2009年福建省节能减排的指标数据,建立福建省节能减排指标体系,利用密切值法模型对福建省近9年的节能减排工作的效果进行排序,结果显示:2009年福建省在节能减排方面总体上相比其他年份取得了明显的成效。分析了福建省近9年来节能减排工作所面临的问题。

The data of energy saving and emission reduction of Fujian province from 2001 to 2009 were used to set up an energy saving and emission reduction index system.The osculation value method was applied to sort the effects of energy saving and emission reduction effort of Fujian province based on the index system.The results demonstrated that the effects in 2009 were more obvious than other years in general.The problems that Fujian were facing in energy saving and emission reduction were presented.
