摘要 标题化合物是一类重要的药物中间体,对其合成已有多种制备方法,偶极成环法是一类比较特殊的制备方法,适合特定的异唑类化合物的制备,且具有一定的方法学研究意义。综述了近年来基于偶极成环法合成异唑的研究报道,加以整理分类,并对代表性研究加以总结。 Isoxazoles are the important intermediates in drug discovery and development as drug structure fragments. 5-Sbustituted isoxazole-3-carboxylate compounds could be prepared by a variety of synthesis methods,dipole cyclization is a kind of special preparation method,which is suitable for specific isoxazole compounds,and has certain methodological significance. This work reviews the recent research reports based on dipole cyclization of isoxazole. The reported researches were sorted and summed up,the representative research reports were commented.
