摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法-碰撞反应池技术测定高纯度磷酸二氢钾中痕量金属元素钠、镁、铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、镉、钡、铅等13种元素的分析方法。样品经超纯水溶解后进行分析,选用混合标液校正基体干扰,通过调节仪器分析模式,采用标准加入法进行多种金属元素的ICP-MS检测。研究结果表明,该方法检出限为0.002-0.012μg/kg,加标回收率范围为87.5%-101.67%,精密度范围为1.99%-18.20%。本研究所建立的方法具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高的优点,能满足高纯度磷酸二氢钾中多种杂质元素同时测定的分析需求。 The trace metal elements analysis methods for the determination of Na,Mg,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Cd,Ba and Pb in potassium dihydrogen phosphate by ICP-MS( CCT) was developed. Samples were dissolved by ultrapure water,mixed standard solution was chosen to correct the matrix interference. After adjusting the instrument parameter,the above 13 trace metal elements could be analyzed by ICP-MS( CCT) by standard addition method. Results showed that the detection limits were in the range of 0. 002 - 0. 012 μg / kg,the recovery rates of the 11 elements were in the range of 87. 5% - 101. 67%. The relative standard deviation of the 13 elements were in the range of 1. 99% - 18. 20%. The method has the advantages of simple,rapid,accurate and precise. It can meet the requirements of analysis of various trace metal elements in potassium dihydrogen phosphate.
