麻杏石甘汤加减联合肾上腺糖皮质激素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期疗效观察

Effect of Maxing Shigan decoction combined adrenal glucocorticoid in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期的临床疗效。方法:将192例患者随机分为两组。对照组90例采用肾上腺糖皮质激素治疗,治疗组102例在肾上腺糖皮质激素治疗的基础上加用麻杏石甘汤加减辨证治疗,疗程均为7d。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.35%,对照组为81.45%。两组治疗后临床症状、肺功能指标等均较治疗前有明显改善,且治疗组优于对照组。治疗组住院时间明显短于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期疗效明显优于单纯的西医常规治疗,症状改善时间、住院时间短。

Objective：To observe the combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment the clinical curative effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute period .Methods：192 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group .Control group of 90 patients with adrenal glucocorticoid treatment ,the treatment group 102 cases on the basis of the adrenal glucocorticoid therapy combined with MaXing Shigan decoction subtraction dia‐lectical treatment ,treatment for 7 days .Results ：Treatment group total effective rate was 96 .35% ,control group total effective rate was 81 .45% .Two groups after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms ,pulmonary function index （FEV1 % ） were obviously improved compared with before treatment ,and the treatment group was better than that of control group .Length of hospital stay treatment group was obviously shorter than the control group .Conclusion：Com‐bine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of acute stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease curative effect is superior to pure western medicine routine treatment ,the symptoms improve the shorter time ,shorter hospitali‐zation time ,higher security ,worthy of clinical popularization and application .
