健脾益肾降浊方治疗慢性肾衰早中期脾肾气虚型临床研究

Clinical studies of early and middle chronic renal failure with deficiency of spleen and kidney treatment by Jianpi Yishen Jiangzhuo prescription

目的:探讨健脾益肾降浊方在早中期脾肾气虚型慢性肾衰患者中的临床应用价值。方法:选取早中期慢性肾衰患者92例,随机分为两组,各46例。对照组:采用一般常规治疗,治疗组则在对照组基础上加用健脾益肾降浊方。对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组中医证候积分明显降低;治疗组中医证候疗效达到临床治愈标准的比率明显提升,总有效率95.65%;治疗组治疗后Scr(240.12±124.30)μmol/L、Ccr(58.70±24.65)mL/min、BUN(9.02±4.13)mmol/L较治疗前明显改善,且与对照组具有显著差异。结论:中药健脾益肾降浊方对于早中期脾肾气虚型慢性肾衰患者肾功能的改善及临床治疗效果的提升均具有十分重要的意义。

Objective：To probe into clinical application value of traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Yishen Jian‐gzhuo prescription for early and mid chronic renal failure with deficiency .of spleen and kidney .Methods：From January 2013 to December 2013 ,92 early and mid chronic renal failure patients were selected in our hospital .The patients were divided into study group and the control group randomly .There were 46 cases in each group .The patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy generally .The patients in study group were treated with Jianpi Yishen Jian‐gzhuo prescription program .The clinical efficacy of the patients in two groups were compared and analyzed .Results ：Compared with control group ,the patients in study group the TCM syndrome score was decreased significantly ;patients in study group the ratio of total efficiency was 95 .65% ,there were improved significantly ;patients in study group after treatment ,the renal function parameters ,included Scr was （240 .12 ± 124 .30）μmol/L ,Ccr was （58 .70 ± 24 .65） mL/min ,BUN was （9 .02 ± 4 .13） mmol/L ,there were improved significantly .Conclusions ：Traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Yishen Jiangzhuo prescription has great important significance for improving renal function and enhancing clinical effects for early and mid chronic renal failure patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney .It is suitable for clinical appli‐cation and promotion .
