乌藜消白汤治疗肝肾亏虚型白癜风的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Wuli Xiaobai decoction in treating vitiligo of deficiency in liver and kidney

目的:探讨乌藜消白汤治疗白癜风的临床疗效与安全性。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例肝肾不足型白癜风患者随机分成两组;治疗组给予乌藜消白汤水煎内服,同时留用适量水煎药液外搽并日晒患处;对照组给予复方甘草酸苷口服。另外两组均给予糠酸莫米松乳膏外用。3个月后评价疗效及安全性,并比较皮损面积、中医临床症状评分。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.21%,对照组为60.71%。治疗后两组间临床疗效、皮损面积、中医症候评分比较差异显著,治疗组优于对照组。结论:乌藜消白汤具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective：To evaluate the curative effect and security of Wuli Xiaobai decoction in treating Vitiligo . Methods ：60 vitiligo patients met the inclusion criteria were randomLy divided into 2 groups .The treatment group was treated by oral using Wuli Xiaobai decoction and solar radiation to skin lesions after external using the same decoction . The control group was treated with glycyrrhiz .Besides ,each group was given mometasone furoate cream ,medicine of an external use .After three months the efficacy and security were evaluated ,the lesion area and clinical symptom score of the two groups were compared .Results：The total cure rates of the treatment group and the control group were 86 .21%and 60 .71% respectively .After a course of treatment ,there was significant difference in curative effect ,lesion area ,and TCM symptom scores between two groups ,so the treatment group was better than the control group .Conclusion ：Wuli Xiaobai decoction has a good clinical efficacy and few side effects ,thus the treatment should be promoted in clinical prac‐tice .
