某轻型客车驾驶员座椅导轨异常振动传递路径分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对怠速工况下某轻型客车驾驶员座椅导轨异常振动情况进行研究,将发动机3个悬置和2个吊耳X、Y、Z方向的振动作为输入,以座椅导轨Z方向的振动作为输出,建立了传递路径分析(TPA)模型。采用试验方法,利用矩阵求逆法对每条传递路径的激励力进行了计算,并对主要贡献路径进行识别,发现27 Hz时排气管前吊耳Z向的激励力较大,引起了座椅导轨振动严重。最后对路径耦合对传递路径分析精度的影响进行了分析。 The abnormal vibration of seat rail is studied for a light bus which operates in idle condition. To localize the source of the problem, a analysis (TPA) modal is constructed with X,Y and Z direction of three engine mounts and two exhaust pipe hangings as the input, while seat vibration in Z direction as a target. Inverse matrix method is applied when calculating excitation forces of every path and the main contribution path is identified by testing. The result shows the abnormal vibration of seat rail is mainly caused by Z direction of front exhaust pipe hanging which has big working force. At last effect of path coupling on the transfer path analysis is discussed.
