摘要
运用内容分析法,开展了对五台山游客的需求信息分析,研究结果表明:游客需求信息分类有7大类,分别为餐饮、住宿、交通、游览、购物、娱乐和其他信息,所占比例分别为8.6%,15%,21.5%,14.0%,5.0%,7.0%,28.9%,由此可见游客需求主要在于住宿、交通、其他信息.研究结果为五台山旅游景区管理服务质量提供参考.
Based on the method of content analysis,this paper carried out the demand for wutai tourist information analysis.The result shows that there are 7categories of tourists' information requirements,which are catering,accommodation,transportation,sightseeing,shopping,entertainment,and the other information.The proportion of their demands are 8.6%,15%,21.5%,14%,5.0%,7.0% and 28.9%.Thus tourist demand mainly lies in the accommodation,transportation,and other information.According to this result,it provides reference for improving the qualities of management and service of Mount Wutai.
