摘要
以专任教师为研究对象,调查了山西教学型高校,从数量和结构方面分析人力资源现状,并通过与高校人事处行政人员和教师的座谈发现教学型高校在人力资源管理各方面存在的问题,针对问题提出政府管理宏观化、高校管理专业化、行会管理职业化的优化对策,为山西教学型高校服务.
Based on full-time teachers as the research object,this paper investigated the shanxi type teaching universities.From the aspects of quantity and structure,it analyzed the present situation of human resourcesand,through the discussion with personnel administrators and teachers in universities found existing problems in many other aspects of human resource management in type teaching universities.This paper put forward some countermeasures for optimizing and serviced for the shanxi type teaching universities.
