非甾体抗炎药辅助关节镜治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis on efficacy of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs assisted arthroscopic treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的:对非甾体抗炎药辅助关节镜治疗膝骨关节炎的临床价值进行分析,为膝骨关节炎的治疗提供指导。方法:选取我院2012年6月—2014年6月两年间采用关节镜手术治疗的膝骨关节炎患者116例为研究对象,采用随机抽签的方式将其分为观察和对照组两个研究组,每组研究对象58例。对照组采用关节镜微创手术治疗;观察组在对照组手术治疗的基础上辅以非甾体抗炎药治疗。对研究对象临床疗效,安全性,治疗依从性等数据予以组间比较,并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗后VAS疼痛评分观察组低于对照组,观察组的疼痛度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为86.2%显著优于对照组77.6%的总有效率(P<0.05);观察组安全性略低于对照组,但无显著差异性(P>0.05);观察组治疗依从率为94.8%高于对照组82.8%的治疗依从率,且具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:非甾体抗炎药辅助关节镜治疗膝骨关节炎能够在确保治疗安全性的基础上,降低患者的疼痛度,提高临床疗效和治疗依从性,改善患者的生活质量,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective： To analyze the objective clinical value of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs assisted arthroscopic treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and provide guidance for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 116 patients with knee osteoarthritis receiving arthroscopic operation therapy in our hospital from 2012 June to 2014 June were chosen as the study subject, divided into observation and control group using a random drawing method with 58 subjects in each group. The patients in the control group was treated with arthroscopic minimally invasive operation treatment; those in the observation group were treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs additionally. The clinical efficacy, safety, treatment compliance and other data of subjects were compared between two groups with statistical analysis. Results： After treatment, VAS pain score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group, the degree of pain was significantly better in the observation group than that of the control group（P0.05）; total effective rate of observation group was 86.2% higher than that of the control group 77.6%（P〈0.05）; the safety of observation group was slightly lower than that of control group but with no significant differences（P〉0.05）; treatment compliance rate in the observation group was 94.8% higher than that of the control group and 82.8% with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs assisted arthroscopic treatment of knee osteoarthritis can ensure safety, reduce the pain degree of patients, improve the clinical effect, treatment compliance and quality of life of patients achieving important clinical value.
