术中冰冻在基层医院肿瘤病理诊断中的应用分析

目的探讨术中冰冻切片在基层医院肿瘤病理诊断中的应用情况。方法回顾性分析和研究我院243例卵巢肿瘤、甲状腺肿瘤、乳腺肿瘤术中快速冰冻切片病理诊断和术后石蜡切片病理诊断符合情况,并分析冰冻切片病理诊断误诊及延迟诊断的原因。结果 243例肿瘤术中冰冻切片与石蜡切片对比,确诊率98.35%,误诊率1.23%,延迟诊断率0.41%;良性肿瘤确诊率为99.04%,恶性肿瘤确诊率93.74%,交界性肿瘤确诊率100%;其中卵巢、甲状腺、乳腺肿瘤总确诊率分别为99.15%、97.22%、98.11%。结论冰冻切片作为一种术中快速病理组织学诊断方法 ,在确定肿瘤性质、手术方式和范围中具有不可替代的作用,有较高的准确性和符合率,在基层医院开展冰冻切片病理诊断有利于提高医院外科整体技术水平的发展。

Objective Toinvestigatetheapplication of frozen sections tumor diagnosis in primary hospital. Methods Retrospective analysis and research in 243 cases of ovarian tumor, thyroid tumor and breast tumor in our hospital, comparing frozen sections and paraffin pathological diagnosis, and analyze the cause of misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis. Results Comparison of paraffin sections and frozen sections in 243 cases,the diagnosis coincidence rate was 98.35%, the error diagnosis rate was 1.23%,and the delayed diagnosis rate was0.41%; benign diagnosisratewas99.04%, cancer diagnosisratewas93.74%, borderlinetumorsdiagnosisratewas100%; and the ovarian tumor, thyroid tumor and breast tumor diagnosiscoincidencerateswere99.15%, 97.22% and 98.11%. Conclusion Quick frozen section has an irreplaceable role in determining the nature of the tumor, surgical and scope, there is a higher rate of accuracy and compliance.frozen section can provide an important diagnostic value in clinical diagnosis and will improve the overall development of the surgical skill levelsin Primary hospital.
