摘要
以乙酸镁和草酸为前驱体,经共沉淀法制备了合成3-巯基丙酸非均相反应体系的催化剂,以丙烯酸和硫化氢合成3-巯基丙酸为探针反应,对其反应活性进行了评价;XRD表征分析结果表明,催化剂主要由氧化镁和氢氧化镁组成,丙烯酸的转化率和3-巯基丙酸的选择性分别为93.08%和33.48%。采用气-质联用仪、红外光谱仪对产物进行检测分析,证实了目标产物3-MPA的生成。
Catalysts for 3 -Mercaptopropionic acid , which are synthesized by acrylic acid and hydrogen sulfide , are prepared by Mg (CH3 COO)2 and H2 C2 O4 with the method of coprecipitation ,and the reactivity is characterized by XRD .The results show that catalyst con-sists of complex compounds of MgO and Mg (OH )2 ,and the conversion of acrylic acid and the selectivity of 3-MPA is respectively 98 . 08% and 33 .48% .Identification and analysis of chemicals are carried out by GC -MS and IR ,verifying the production of 3-MPA .
