甲状腺单发结节CT增强扫描及其病理学研究

Enhanced CT Scan Features and Pathological Study on Solitary Thyroid Nodule

目的研究甲状腺单发结节CT增强扫描特点和病理学特征。方法回顾性分析32例甲状腺单发结节患者的CT和病理资料。结果甲状腺单发结节强化特征:甲状腺乳头状癌不均匀强化,无完整强化环,节段性缺损,可见沙粒样钙化,伴周围结构侵犯、颈部淋巴结肿大;结节性甲状腺肿强化较均匀,可见囊变、大结节或蛋壳状钙化。腺瘤轻度强化,强化较均匀,包膜完整,可见完整强化环。结论甲状腺单发结节增强扫描有一定特征性,且能反应其病理过程,并对结节类型的诊断和临床手术方式均有意义。

Results The solitary thyroid nodule enhancement features,Papillary thyroid carcinoma inhomogeneous enhancement, visible microcalcification, With peripheral invasion, cervical lymph node enlargement; Nodular goiter strengthening is uniform, visible cyst, nodule or eggshell calcification; Thyroid adenoma with mild enhancement, enhanced uniformity, complete capsule. Conclusion The solitary thyroid nodule enhancement have certain characteristics,and can reflect the pathological process, and the diagnosis of nodular type and operation mode of clinical significance.
