摘要 目的比较Er,Cr:YSGG(铒和铬、钇、钪、镓、石榴)水激光方法和传统的外科手术方法治疗粘液腺囊肿的临床疗效。方法将入选的40名粘液腺囊肿患者随机分为水激光组和手术组,每组各20名。两组患者分别采用Er,Cr:YSGG水激光摘除方法及传统的外科手术刀片摘除方法进行治疗,采用视觉模拟量表记录治疗后3 d内的疼痛程度。6月后进行疗效比较。结果水激光组术后3 d内的疼痛程度明显低于手术组,两组差异具有显著性(P<0.05);两组治疗疗效比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 Er,Cr:YSGG水激光治疗粘液腺囊肿具有较好的临床疗效。 Objective To investigate the Chnical effects of Er, Cr:YSGG on oral mucoid cyst. Methods 40 patients with oral mucoid cyst were divided into laser group (20 eases) and surgery group (20 eases), and they received laser treatment and surgical treatment respectively. A visual analog scale WAS) used to record the pain degree 3 days after. Clinical effects were compared 6 months after. Results The VAS values of the laser group were significantly lower than those of surgery group (P〈0.05). The two kinds of treatment no significant difference(P〉0.05). Conclusion Er. Cr:YSGG is effective in the treatment of oral mucoid cyst.
