彩色多普勒超声在妇产科急症诊断中的应用价值

Value Application of Diagnosis of Emergency in Gynecology and Obstetrics with Color Doppler Ultrasound

目的针对妇产科急症诊断中多普勒彩色超声的应用价值进行了研究。方法选取我院2013年5月至2014年5月期间治疗的137位妇产科急症患者的临床数据。结果 137例患者均采用彩色多普勒超声诊断,检查结果经手术病理证实,符合率87.6%,其中90.4%的患者为宫外孕,81.5%的患者为不完全流产,77.3%的患者为卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转,88.2%的患者出现黄体破裂,100.0%的患者出现先兆流产并出现胎盘滞留。结论妇产科急症诊断中,彩色多普勒超声具有不可忽略的应用价值。

Objective To explore the value of color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of gynecology and obstetrics emergency. Methods 137 patients with gynecological acute clinical data were analyzed from May 2013 to May 2014. Results 137 patients were diagnosed by color doppler ultrasonography, the results confirmed by surgical pathology, the coincidence rate was 87.6%, 90.4% of the patients was eetopie pregnancy, 81.5% of patients was incomplete abortion, 77.3% of the patients with pedicle torsion of ovarian tumor, 88.2% of the patients with corpus iuteum rupture, 100.0% of the patients with threatened abortion and placental retention. Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound has the ignored applieation value in diagnosis of gyneeolagy and obstetrics emergency.
