摘要
利用微波辅助Fenton法处理氯苯模拟有机废水,并通过反应后废水的COD去除率判断处理效果。通过单因素实验和对比实验,探讨了H2O2浓度、Fe SO4浓度、p H值以及微波功率对废水中COD去除的影响。提出了较为经济、效果最佳的工艺条件为:当H2O2浓度为15%,Fe SO4的浓度为0.6 g/L时,废水p H值为5.0,微波输出功率400 W时废水COD去除率可达90%以上。而且,微波辅助比常规Fenton法能更加快速降解水中氯苯,COD去除率更高。
The microwave-Fenton process was used in treatment of wastewater containing chlorobenzene. And the treatment effect was investigated through analyzing removal rate of COD. By single factor and comparative experiments, effect ofH202 dosage, FeSO4 dosage, pH and the microwave power on the removal of COD was discussed. More economic and efficient process conditions were determined as follows: H202 concentration 15%, FeSO4 concentration 0.6 g/L, solution pH 5.0, and the microwave power 400 W. Under above conditions, the removal rate of COD can exceed 90%. The experiments also show that the removal rate of COD can be higher under the microwave condition.
