摘要 分析了ATP装置烟气系统中烟气冷却器堵塞的原因状况,明确堵塞的原因是因为烟气冷却器下部冷端管束内部结垢造成的,堵塞污垢的形成和介质的温度有直接的关系。新工艺改进后升高通向烟气冷却器入口的空气温度,将提高烟气冷却器下部冷端管束的边壁温度,保持烟气温度始终在高于酸腐蚀露点上运行。降低烟气冷却器发生堵塞的几率,保证ATP装置平稳运行。 Reasons of the cooler blockage in ATP plant flue gas system were analyzed. The results show that the blockage reason is the scaling in lower part cold end tube bundles of the flue gas cooler, and there is the direct relationship between the formation of fouling and the temperature of the material flow. The new process increases the air temperature at the entrance of the flue gas cooler and wall temperature of lower part cold end tube bundles of flue gas cooler. So the flue gas temperature can be always kept higher than dew point of acid corrosion. The method reduces the risk of flue gas cooler blockage and ensures the smooth running of the ATP plant.
