摘要
新乡永金煤制乙二醇装置在运行过程中出现除氧水供应不足和蒸汽冷凝液回收不完全的现象,严重影响了系统的正常稳定运行。经过技术论证,对装置凝液系统进行了技术改造,使凝液得到了充分回收与优化利用。
The insufficient supply of the outside deoxygenized water and incomplete recycling of the steam condensate during the operation of CTEG unit in Xinxiang Yongjin Chemical Company have strongly affected the stability of the system. The steam condensate system has been technically improved based on the technical demonstration to achieve full recovery and optimized utilization of the condensate.
