新22-1H井复杂井况及技术对策

摘要 新22-1H井是中石化西南油气分公司部署在四川盆地川西坳陷新场构造七郎庙高点的一口深水平开发井。该井设计完钻垂深3 855 m、斜深4 892 m;实际完钻垂深3 838.17 m、斜深4 411.14 m。该井三开水平段钻至井深4 312.64 m(须四),钻遇断层及断层附近的裂缝带,发生失返性井漏,采取高酸溶性堵漏浆堵漏,再后续钻进中发生卡钻等一系列复杂情况,专家团就此展开分析讨论,并提出解决复杂井况的技术思路。现场应用证明,通过在裂缝带钻进过程中反复承压堵漏,和降低压差,同时维护钻井液,使其具有较强的抑制防塌能力,较好的失水造壁性和较强的润滑性,能有效的解决该井的复杂情况,确保了本井能顺利完钻。 Xin 22-1H well is a deep-level explored well located at Qilangrniao highpoint western valley, western Sichuan depression,Sichuan Basin deployed by Sinopec western subsidiary. Its design completed drilling depth is 3855 m and inclined drilling depth is 4892 m, the actual completed depth of the well is 3838.17 m and actual inclined drilling depth is 4411.14 m. The drilling process encountered fault and cracks nearby when the drill reached into the depth of 4312.64, which made the fourth open necessary, and resulted in well leakage. High acid soluble plugging slurry action was then taken to plug the leakage. Some other complications followed thereafter, and some technical countermeasures to solve the complicated situation were proposed. The field application has proved that repeated pressurized plugging while drilling through the crack and reducing pressure difference and maintaining the drilling fluid can effectively solve the complicated situation and guarantee the smooth drilling completion.
