摘要
油库作为石油及其产品存储、运输、供应中的重要环节,实现油库安全管理是确保油库运行的首要条件。本文首先分析了油库事故的特点,分析事故引发的原因,随后提出思想教育、科学预防、设备管理以及建立健全规章制度等措施,实现油库安全管理。
The oil depot is an important link of petroleum and its products storage, transportation and supply. The safety management of oil depot is the first condition to ensure the normal operation of oil depot. In this paper, characteristics ofoil depot accidents were analyzed as well as reasons of the accidents, then some measures were put forward r to implement oil depot safety management.
