以某产品为例说明,利用宏程序为多品种小批量(产品结构相似,加工过程相似,每批数量不大)生产建立通用程序,可显著提高生产效率。利用宏程序还可以预防和避免生产中曾经出现的撞刀问题,具体办法如下:利用条件语句,通过高度比较,规避盘铣刀撞到夹具上;通过选择合适的下刀点,实现背面圆弧的安全加工。

The application of macro program in multi-varieties small-batch production of the parts with similar structure or process is very helpful to improve productivity. It can also help to prevent tool collision. That was to say, the collision between disc milling cutter and fixture could he avoided by height comparison; safe processing of back arc could be achieved through choosing appropriate starting points.
