摘要
基于有限元分析技术,构建了国内在机测量常用的一款测头的模型,通过改变测杆长度和探测角度等测量参数模拟测头触发的过程,研究不同测量参数对测头系统的测量误差和测量不确定性的影响,提出一种基于有限元模拟分析结果评定在机测量过程测头的测量不确定度的新方法。
A commonly used probe system for on-machine measurement in domestic was modeled based on the theory of finite elements analysis. Then by ahering some measure parameters such as the length of probe stylus and probing angle, triggering force was simulated and the influences of vary measure parameters on measurement error and measurement uncertainties were studied. A new method to evaluate measurement uncertainty based on the simulation results of finite elements analysis was put forward.
