摘要
首先对增压风机振动特征进行分析,经过现场动平衡和振动试验后,诊断其振动故障原因是轮毂内存在活动部件,解体检查证实有大量固化油垢附着在轮毂腔室内壁,彻底清理后,解决了振动故障并分析了轮毂内油垢形成的原因。
Based on the analysis of vibration characteristics of the booster Fan, it is diagnosed that there is a movable part existing within hub chamber of the booster fan, which is demonstrated by disassembly test. It has been found that plenty of semi-curing grease attaching on the inner wall of fan hub. And finally the vibration is eliminated by cleaning up all the semi-curing grease.
